Welcome to Mt Hutt Helicopters. Situated near Methven, Canterbury, at the foothills of New Zealand's main divide, we are superbly located to offer scenic helicopter flights into the spectacular Southern Alps and over the Canterbury Plains.

Just an hour by road from Christchurch and 15 minutes from Methven we offer flightseeing and heli-adventures:

Our operation base has been in the agricultral heartland of Mid-Canterbury for the last twelve years so our experience and local knowledge means we offer a variety of commercial helicopter services throughout the South Island including:

In August 2010 we joined up with Coastwide Helicopters based in Greymouth so we can now offer our services on both sides of the main divide.
