The versatility and experience of our helicopter pilots and staff is a huge asset. We pride ourselves on over 11 years' accident free flying hours within challenging alpine and rural terrain. Our rural backgrounds result in good hard work ethics, a family oriented environment and a great team.

Blair Chapman Managing Director / Chief Pilot Blair has become a very diverse and talented helicopter pilot by virtue of the environment that he operates in. He is an experienced agricultural pilot and has a passion for flying in a range of commercial roles. He is responsible for the general management of the company.

Paul Cornelius Loadmaster / Agricultural Marketing Coordinator Paul has been involved in agricultural aviation since 1972 and is a qualified pest management controller. His most recent work was with Canterbury's rivers and drainage schemes and he has an excellent knowledge of these areas. He has a keen interest in the rural environment and enjoys communication with farmers and other clients associated with our industry. He also provides permanent ground support for all facets of our operations.

Jim Chapman Loadmaster Jim is Blair's Dad. He has just recently sold his farm and decided he would like to spend his newly acquired spare time chasing helicopters because he loves Blair telling him what to do...

Scott Rodgers Loadmaster Scott enjoyed the summer season with Mt Hutt Helicopters getting to grips with all things Ag. If he is not sorting out the fertilisers you'll find him with his head buried in a book swatting up for his pilots licence. And he's just itching to get his hands on the controls.

Jenny Davey Office and Marketing Co-ordinator Jenny has come on board to look after the ever important administration aspects. Jenny, originally from the UK, brings fresh new ideas to the company for marketing initiatives. Being a city girl Jenny is already enjoying and getting involved with the Canterbury lifestyle.
